Simrik Real Nepal Treks & Expedition (P) Ltd is not responsible for the acts and omissions of others, including airlines, accommodation providers nor are we responsible for any loss, damage or expense (including loss of money paid in advance) which you may incur as a consequence of the acts and omissions of others.
Simrik Real Nepal Treks & Expedition (P) Ltd will not accept responsibility or liability for any passenger who contravenes any law or regulation of any country visited within the confines of the trip. Any independent arrangements that you make are entirely at your own risk.

Cancelation

If clients cancel tour / trekking in between, client will not be refunded any amount.

Trip cost & inclusions

All tour / trekking packages cost includes Transportation, Guide, porters, Accommodation & three meals in a day (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner), Equipments such as Down sleeping bags, Down Jackets, Medicine Kit Bags (Carried with guide), Other necessary trekking / Expedition equipments & Expedition / trekking gears.

Complaints

Simrik Real Nepal Treks & Expedition (P) Ltd. provides its tour / trekking package with 100% customer satisfaction. If you find and would like to lodge a complaint you may file a complaint in writing while commencing your tour / trekking program or after completion of program. Simrik Real Nepal Treks & Expedition (P) Ltd. will definitely try to resolve the problem.

Travel insurance

We request you get yourself insured before starting your tour / trekking and supply us with documentary proof of it. Your insurance should cover for your baggage, medical expenses, cancellation, helicopter evacuation and emergency repatriation.

How to Book

# You can find the booking form for your desired destination. Please fill the booking form and send it to us. You can also contact us by email or telephone / fax / PO Box to confirm your trip for the selected date.
# We request you deposit 20% of the total cost to confirm your trip to us.
# You should make full payment before you start your trip. If you want you can even deposit full amount instead of 20%.
# We will send you invoice of the amount for the payment.
# You need to send us all your transaction details via email including you scanned copy of Passport.
